Why does Ucore wait until almost the last possible day to release the annual financial statements? Since 2015, they have been released in the week before the deadline with the exception of last year, when they were released in the next to last week. This leaves shareholders with stale financial information in that the most recent financials are 7 months old, and when they are released, the most recent financial information is 4 months old.
