The $4m agreement, requires Ucoreshowing they've also sourced feed, alloy, magnet,waste, end-users, etc...etc, agreements. That...is why any DOD follow-up is called Production follow-on funding.
This is all much bigger than just RapidSx showing a product.
Hopefully they find non-repayable funding for baseline work @ Bokan because of Rapid current status ---- hire a firm to handle sampling Bokan & use results to sell it, putting some $$ in Ucore.
