Mrt before rapid sx

We won't have design  for rapid sx done until early 2022 probably
what happens if we get ibc before that done?
wasn't Aidea gonna approve 30 million for an smc ?
why wouldn't ucore just pivot back to that?
Unless dod money is coming re: rapid sx
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Aug 07, 2020 3:17pm
Meanwhile what are they gonna do for cash next 2 yrs?   Another 20-30 million shares dilution to keep the lights on?
Comment by CdnScorpion on Aug 07, 2020 7:26pm
I was wondering if Jim M and Peter M were planning something in terms of getting Sixth Wave to buyout Ucore if the OTP holds up. A quick glance at their balance sheet shows 25 million in assets, but then i dug a but deeper. Over 22 million in goodwill and intangibles. Less than a million in cash. No money there to buy much of anything.
Comment by ausheds on Aug 07, 2020 8:00pm
Ucore, IBC, Sixth Wave, IMC, HXG, all high gloss, all low substance. Not a single financial metric, not a scrap of hard data, to suggest any, or any combination, could ever create a viable business. Constantly shifting sands, mirage of hopes & dreams.
Comment by AndyScience on Aug 08, 2020 6:04pm
Really, just the below comment alone he is full of it...if that is the case, why is he or you on this board. Not a single financial metric.., not a scrap of hard data....BUT Mr. Genius is still hanging around this board and spout off his genius DD. Dude, go buy Lynas...I can tell you NO real Investor ever make comments on a company like he did below. He said that for 5 companies...I can tell you ...more

What have those five companies ever done to the benefit of SH's? What cash does each have on hand? What hard assets does each hold? Do any have a defined business plan capable of raising the finance to execute? Shape shifters & grifters.
Comment by lookyloo102 on Aug 09, 2020 12:51am
Andy, don't waste your time, he told us years ago he is a lynas millionaire holds a million shares of Lynas and is just trying to do us little guys a favor by keeping us from a huge mistake, buying ucore. I laughed then and still chuckle now. Use him as a contrary indicator, like they say bashers never bash a bad company. So the fact that he is still here bashing ucore.. Well like the Supremes ...more
Comment by ausheds on Aug 09, 2020 4:10am
Lol, 2m actually, and in the ~3yrs Ucore have produced nothing but glossy PDF's, sctabbled for cash & the SP has tanked, glad you find that amusing.
Comment by AndyScience on Aug 09, 2020 3:30pm
Must be desparate when holding 2M shares...hence now i understand your bashing of Ucore and probably other REE players. You really need other people to buy Lynas to help bail you out. When the dirt comes out you will be in big trouble....listen to Dragon and put a stop limit loss....its for your own good. Investors on Ucore knows better... Dragon, you got it right, wait till they are tested for ...more

Pip, did I tell you it would cost minimum $30M for full feasiibility study? This is only verifying flow sheets & engineering for a tral RSX, which is only a single stage of a complex multi stage process, with no identified feed and no customers. Even IF they won MRT, even IF they found the $11M, they would still have the exact same process to work thru, NOTHING has been proven commercially ...more
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Aug 07, 2020 8:11pm
Ausheds it does not cost 30 for an smc feasibility study maybe for bokan.     the entire smc should be 30-40 million it's not the size of lynas but if u can, prove it if I am wrong, won't be the first  ucore is now 1.2% of my holdings.  So it won't break me either way
Comment by ausheds on Aug 07, 2020 9:04pm
Stated "it would cost minimum $30M for full feasiibility study", so what part of that do you think it will cost for just the flow sheets & engineeing for just the RSX trial? No comparison Lynas, just the engineering Kal C&L would be $30M, but for the fact they have the inhouse expertise to do it right the first time.   "1.2% of my holdings", you'd ...more

Can't donate out of a 401k  only would get a tax deduction if I could, not a credit! but thanks for the thought it's only worth $9700 at this point, so my downside is limited but my upside is to da moon ( ok.  I kid. I kid) since I own almost as much lynas as ucore, keep up the comparisons!
Comment by CdnScorpion on Aug 07, 2020 10:59pm
So if it turned out that RapidSX is so much better than standard SX, or that we do get MRT and it is as good as hyped, what are the chances Lynas buys Ucore and gets both RapidSX and MRT for itself? They currently have over $100 million CAD in the bank and would get two separation techniques as well as a mountain full of REE in Bokan. They wouldn't even need to pay cash. Something like a 1 for ...more

Catching up...So we did have good news on the litigation front. As I said, Ucore will eventually win or a compromise to settle. Regardless, RapidSX will continue to be deploy in CDP, If MRT do come along, it will be integrated as part of the Hybrid design...this was stated in several of their announcement/strategy. MRT is good, but the combined of the two will be even better...this is something ...more

Yet more dreamboating, there is NO hard data to suggest RSX is any more cost efficient at large scale continuous flow RE separation, period. Do you people SERIOUSLY believe Lynas has been working up their massive 25ktpa plant for 7yrs without developing, improving, planning their next moves SX? Lynas have been planning & developing their next moves processing particularly since 2016, incl a ...more
Comment by AndyScience on Aug 07, 2020 11:38pm
Lol, so you want proof for RapidSX and MRT, but yet you spouted how Lynas studied and have been planning and developing since 2016? Where is your prove? the one in Malaysia (what a joke)? How is that different in than other Separation technologies being proposed...you really think all the other technologies just get sh*t out of their butt...it is call IP (patents)...Didn't Ucore also evaluated ...more

You would be well advised to venture out of your myopic little rut if you ever hope to make any money investing RE.
Comment by AndyScience on Aug 08, 2020 7:16am
Lol, let's just see...you say, I say...best to settle this is put where your mouth is. I stay with Ucore...thanks for caring, but my Diversity is more than just buying all REE stocks. I respect your DD, just wanted to make sure you don't bash Ucore wrongly when every companies has no proven technologies other than the old SX, we all are dependent on each company's news and information ...more

Andy been researching next tech AR, it looks promising and price point looks more reasonable now was that the AR stock you mentioned we should look into if the sector interests us? thanks
Comment by AndyScience on Aug 08, 2020 3:57pm
That is one, but that is NOT the moon stock. email me...if you are interested.

Ausheds from what I can tell, Andy is pretty well versed and spreads his investments out in all sectors barking up the wrong tree
Comment by nickgeo on Aug 08, 2020 5:44pm
Very foolish to ask ausheds to leave this board. He is the only poster who actually knows something about the REE space.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Aug 08, 2020 6:00pm
Ausheds definitely knows his REE , he only see's lynas. But uninformed,he is not andy seems to know his way around multiple sectors
Comment by ausheds on Aug 08, 2020 8:48pm
Wrong Pip, I hold ~2% of MDL plus enough 15c warrants to move to ~4%, that business appears to be coming together nicely after wayching paint dry for several years, if/when Lynas do a deal with monazite waste concentrate from Iluka the MDL business plan will get a lot more attention given the high quality suite values. Also building a stake in HAS for its 40% NdPr ore that beneficiates 50x into ...more

Yeah, actually pretty much the same here, and we aren't savaged for captal gains tax in a pension plan either, so not much use as an offset there either I guess. Don't be shy adding Lynas ATM, particularly on any dip next week, number of strong indicators to suggest it is about to be revalued significantly. Malaysian situation has finally swung from threatening to neutral, and now turned ...more
