Semi-cloudy today and we did a lot of small things.  Painter did not show, be back in a few days when it is drier.  Cleaned out the garage and some stuff got moved to the curb with a FREE sign on them.  Have to change a plug out on a 220 volt line.  Lots of fun, hate working with that heavy of wire. 
Shoulder not hurting so I can type this out.

Okay, Agreements: I think we all can agree to certain things, even Pip,
1. That the US and Canada governments want a REE producing plant/company on North American soil.
2. That Governments are throwing money at the problem, just none at Ucore yet.
3. The only two companies producing REE outside on China is Lynas and Mountain pass.  Lynas has to send concertrate to Malaysia to do final separation.  Mountain pass has to send concertrate to China to do final 10% of separation.  Both very long supply lines to reach N.A.
4.  Ucore tech is ahead of everybody else's that we know about.  Unless someone is holding out.

Questions: When Ucore is producing REE oxides that is free from any chinese involvement, What is going to be the market reaction?
2. When Ucore is the only company that is producing oxides in US, how is the market going to react?
3.  Would it matter if Ucore charged as much as China did for REE? 
4.  Would Ucore in effect have a monopoly on Chinese free REE?  What congress has been asking for ?
5.  Could Ucore build up fast enough to break China's REE Monopoly?  For US?  For the world? 
6. What would Ucore stock price be?

MP Materials is supposed to start producing separated light rare earth oxides at Mountain Pass by late this year ("Phase 2"), and increasingly into next yeat, So in 2023, will produxe oxides in USA.  With heavies to follow maybe by 2024. That will be far head of Ucore in the best case.  It is possible that MP will fumble, a la its predecessor Molycorp's ill-fated Project

MP owned 1/1 by Chinese company is a stain. But no so big a stain as to prevent the US government from giving them 35 million dollars to fund heavy REE separation caspability, or Texas poloiticians from slobbering all over MP's Texas magnet plant, now under construction.

You are exactly right about this. However, the only way it works is if we submit. Personally, I will never submit to the NWO and will resisit will all my ability to refuse it's attempted control.
