Shoulder Update, If Interested
Good Evening,
I had a good day, today. Did not had to take any pain meds. Worked through the first sets of exerises and the pain was not bad if I did not over do it. All those the one laying on the bed where you rise your arm with your other hand hurt the most. Taking a shower and shaving was a challenge. My arm is black, blue and other colors of the rainbow. I saw the Doc on Tues and had the stables out of the cut. Doc put this sticky stuff on the cut and covered it with butterflies bandages. I get out of the sling in four weeks. Oh joy.

I am lucky if I could throw anything with my left arm. That mean moving fast, and that is kind of hard right now. Dragon

Do the exercises, one or two extra, actually. In 5 more weeks you will be amazed.
