It means Ucore still needs to get the dough to build SMC1. And still needs to get feedstock from a supplier which ism't a financial basket case, as well as the money to pay for it (else process it on a tolling basis).

Ucore is a piece of gum on lynas shoe until proven otherwise  lynas could shut down tomorrow forever and it wont matter unless ucore gets massive amounts of non dilutive funding  still waiting on any funds  tax credits meaningless unless ucore secures massive amounts of cash to be eligible for them off to Florence

Lynas has zero ramifications on Ucores outcome. To date, Ucore still does not even have a process they can sell, lease or utilize.

Maybe Ucore can't sell RSX, but was able to buy it. Whether it's a bill of goods remains to be seen. Even if RSX can work, prospects for getting it to work are better with A team (IMC, now fired) than B team.

Bob we dont know that but its not far fetched to think the people who developed it would do a better job the B team arent slouches though may never scale up economically, thatswhy they do CDP   If ucore goes on silent mode ( after PP thats coming), it may mean they are having issues   No major funding in 2023, shyte may be over they will blame recession or try to pivot to something else
