Dear Farm, Joe already did it.  Last fall when he shut down China's chip makers.  By outlawing the sale of the chip making machines, software, repair parts and telling the western tech running the machines that it was the job or there US citizenship.  All were gone in 24 hours. Possible ban is on export of rare earth permanent magnet (REPM) making tech. Per Q1 earnings call May 4, MP already has tech it needs for REPM plant under construction in Texas.
