HALIFAX, NS, July 27, 2023 /CNW/ - Ucore Rare Metals Inc. (TSXV: UCU) (OTCQX: UURAF) ("Ucore" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first of two tranches (the "First Tranche") of its previously announced private placement offering (the "Offering") of units of the Company (the "Units"), pursuant to which the Company issued 4,409,500 Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,409,500. The Company expects to complete the second tranche of the Offering (the "Second Tranche") on or about July 28, 2023.

Good to hear. Don't know why it took so long but it's here. i think it's the same terms but haven't looked at it closely wonder why to tranches and how much that is for should keep cash needs at bay till end of yr then ucore has to figure out where the SMC money is coming from ( hopefully not 35 million shares of our money) this just gets them thru testing and commissioning ...more
