CDP commissioning/trials taking too long? Pure hypothetical: Ryan could say OEM need so urgent that 1) go straight to SMC construction, 2) shut down CDP without completing commissioning. And try a massive diution to fund it. Woud any of you step to the plate under those circumstances?
