Is the only reason fohe name change so they can get a new board and dissasocite themsleves from all of the bad news related to Suparna Gold. This is still the same group of people and they still own the same gold resources in Surinam. Just replaced the president with Brian Kirwin who has a litlle more experience in mining / penny stocks.
