Commodity super-cycle & Copper Here's a great read on commodities and the super-cycle that's resulting in many commodities being undersupplied as under-investment in new mines and discoveries has resulted in a severe supply-demand imbalance.
The end includes a good analysis of the copper market and the constraints surrounding copper porphyry deposits. Notably, four out of the five major copper projects in the West have offtakes in place with non-Western countries.
We need junior mining companies like US Copper Corp ($USCU $USCU.v $USCUF) to help counteract this difference by redirecting commodity and mining investments into the West and away from non-Western countries like China.
$USCU is super cheap atm and has the potential for solid upside as this situation develops IMO
