RE:RE:RE:Just my take on things As long as the tailing ponds exist, they will be hated for what they are and represent a liability to the oil companies. Even if they can monetize them, it's still pollution. USO's purpose is to have such a clean,high recovery extraction that nothing will ever end up in a pond, killing the need for one in the first place. Pyrogenis's technology might be useful in the short-term to clean them, it's not a winner in the long run. The tailing ponds are meant to be gone sooner or later.
