do you not think that a company with a stock that has droped to 3 cents has a right to be negative especially when the CEO is being rewarded so well. If you think its out of line then you need to give yourself a shake.
Further since you are so familar with US stocks and boards then you clearly would know that this reaction would be seen there as well.
The shareholder has one single agenda and that is to increase their share value period and every single CEO for successful companies works on that same goal. Fredy is a failure, and thats a fact and since he owns so much stock he should resign and get someone in there who can make the stock go to where it should go.
