ATS exchanges

ATS exchangesHere is a link that explains what the different exchanges are and how they operate. You can decide yourself on whether or not these are being used to manipulate the stock markets.
At 14:49 BMO bought 25,000 shares at .10 and at 14:49 there was a small order at .085. Neither of these showed nor did the small trade first thing this morning at .10 .  Seeing or not seeing the trade prices can affect your decisions. just check those 2 sites I have posted before.
(IMO) any trade on any stock that trades on any Canadian exchange should be shown on one list for all to see  , not hidden.
You might have to close the pop up for the new site.  DYDD
