RE:RE:New Press Release - Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Files Annual Audited Financial Statements

RE:RE:New Press Release - Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Files Annual Audited Financial StatementsOn 22 Sept 2022 Voyageur submitted a notice of Work to the BC Ministry of Mines to remove 2 thousand tons of barite. I believe this lead shareholders, as I was, to believe that all was fine with the Francis Creek property. As it turns out, the property has fallen behind in development which has incurred large penalties by the company. Does anyone recall past press releases making reference to Francis Creek being closed in 2021 due to COVID, 2022 to forest fires? This is the first I have heard of the roads being washed out in 2022- 2023. Now the company has to pony up $166,633 to past subscribers. Also the CRA penalaties of $56,154 does not state if it is directly related to the past subscriber debacle or of a different nature.
Financing news is almost a month past due. Presidents and CEO's work for the share holders of the company. IMO, Brent consistently with holds pertient company information from shareholders. As some of the "longs" on this board are aware of, I have always been skeptical of managements transparency. This company has great potential, but IMO Brent has to go.....
