RE:I've lost count on how many days VRB has been haltedGotta comment on this one.....Remember, auditors are appointed at each AGM by the shareholders. It is a non-trivial matter to simply "change auditors" as management did not appoint them, the shareholders did through their proxy vote. There is only one reason to change auditors, and that is that management does not like the answers they are getting from the auditor. There is a dispute and that is never good. This slow motion train wreck appears to be entering the station.
