The final total of DAYS HALTED FOR FAILING TO FILE FINANCIALS will, on the day trading is resumed, match the OPENING BID PRICE FOR SHARES OF VRB. At present management is not content with a paltry price of just $1.02 a share so, in the interest of all shareholders they plan to hold off on trading resumption for at least another 48

MarkAble, you need to get a job a comedy writer.  I find it interesting that rixpix gets two responses, but neither one of them materializes.  Could it be the same person? I always find it interesting that the CEO interacts with the every day common shareholder. No wonder he doesn't have the time to file the financials. Perhaps he is the financial expert for the company as well. You

Eric, why unfortunately?  You should be happy that you can still buy or sell VRB shares, even if it's through the back door. Buy more today and you'll be happy once the company figures out how to finalize their financial report.

Sounds like it could be very complicated with m o u's  here and there, the VEPT in Finland,an SPV which no one knows anything about. Must be difficult getting things in order.I know it doesn't appear mystifying ,but maybe the things that seem easy, are in fact easy to get mixed up. Maybe McGuigan can sort it out. Ha.
