RE:RE:RE:RE:Vulcan Info

RE:RE:RE:RE:Vulcan InfoYes, you have a great point about Vulcan's ownership of RMK-V. RMK has 72.6 million shares of which VUL owns 40% or about 29 million shares presently trading at 0.97 per share so Vulcan's ownership is worth 28 million dollars at today's market price.

The crazy thing about this is that Vulcan's market cap is 0.27/share x 82 million shares or only 22 million dollars. Add in Vulcan's cash of around 5 million dollars and by Vulcan selling all of RMK's shares, the cash value of Vulcan would be 28 + 5 = 33 million dollars but it trades with a market cap of only 22 million dollars! This is a  50% difference. To make this analysis even crazier I have given no value to any of Vulcan's several gold properties some of which are close to MOZ and NFG's great  properties.

RMK shareholders as well as VUL shareholders should be buying up VUL like crazy at today's prices! This is a no brainer AS VUL is worth closer to or better than 0.40/share.

Do your own due diligence to confirm my numbers.
