Change of control ?
25 million share private placement ? Is this a change of control. If so would be subject to shareholder approval.

when this goes through, this is going to be a very interesting play. with land where XMG is, any success XMG has will rub off onto VVN. and i'm sure once the new players are in the PP, they will want this share price going up. get ready.
