Isn't money great (or greed), we hope for people's demise so we can make some money. In 80% of cases we lose money, only 10% make money in the stock market.  The bigger the base, the bigger the profit on top of the pyramid. I had a bid in but removed it after reading the PP, 58.8M shares for $2M. Is a PP of 0.03. Sorry I will sit this one out.  Maybe you guys will all be the 10%,

You missed some key words.   UP TO 58.8 million shares  MINIMUM 2 million dollars. The raise is at 8.5 cents a share if you read it correctly linking the May 26th article. if they max out, they will have 5 million dollars raised. Cheers.

You missed a key point as well ....58 million units which entitles one share at .085 and one warrant at .13 so really its 118 million shares of dilution if the warrants get exercised.....actually more than the current share count !!!
