RE:RE:RE:RE:This morning ?The company has been "extremely well positioned " for 25 years (thats how long they've been public ) to take advantage enviromental rule changes.by selling their electrochemical water purification units 
The problem is the same management that was around 25 years ago is incapable of making any meaningful  sales. However, they are quite capable at printing up cheap stock for themselves like the boatload they printed up at 2 cents with 5 cent warrants.
