I don't know if anyone has noticed, but since the long awaited update came out, this stock isn't doing very well.

My take is that retail set themselves up for a NR sell off by buying into the Pumper narrative regarding the revenue potential of CWTI's proprietary, patented water treatment technologies with little regard to the Pumptronics division potential. As I've written in previous posts ad nausem CWTI's revenue potential now & going forward is with Pumptronics - in the trenches basic ...more

It was a lame NR. Some pump station sales, but oh, lots of RFPs.  There is a lot of competition in that market, lots of companies can supply pumping stations.  I think it will take more than Pumptronic sales to push the SP to a high level with >200M shares. No update about the Saudi ESD unit and the associated $1M liability.

You read my mind FK, the NR didn't inspire me, looking at the SP since the NR I can say it also didn't inspire the investment community. Unfortunate - great expectations by all of us bagholders, I was expecting some blockbuster Pumptronics sales announcement but what did we get, $170k of pending sales? In the very least they could have declared what the sales value was of the pump ...more

The company has been "extremely well positioned " for 25 years (thats how long they've been public ) to take advantage enviromental rule changes.by selling their electrochemical water purification units  The problem is the same management that was around 25 years ago is incapable of making any meaningful  sales. However, they are quite capable at printing up cheap stock for ...more

..actually, the company was sold 2 years ago. The new owner and managment team had to struggle with a ness......like switching from Trump to Biden if you will........

Actually, no you are incorrect.  Shutin was referring to CWTI (formerly ENPAR).  There was a name change only in the past.  If you review the old NRs you will see that Shutin's statement was accurate. CWTI purchaed Pumptronics, which was profitable priro to purchase.  If it was a mess, than CWTI did not conduct due diligence, and/or grossly overpaid for the company.

You are correct FK. When CWTI purchased Pumptronics in Jan. 2018 the company's DD review of the acquisition missed a large chunk of Pumptronics' debt load somewhere north of $1M if I recall, as such it is an accurate statement that CWTI overpaid for Pumptronics. This failing has not sat well with CWTI since or to this day. Example, take notice how CWTI's web site marketing ...more
