I immediately question the timing of the SEDAR posting, once again early on a Friday evening, Can't help but get the impression WATR's attempting to hide poor financials. Optics are not good.

What I'm questioning is the length of time it's taking to cement the deal with Separtis. What I'm questioning is Separti's financial capacity (being a private company) that guarantees the US$1,000,000 for the annual technology licencing fee and to support the JV operating expenses. G1945V
