WCS oil & natural gas prices at levels not seen in many years, most producers stock prices at all time highs yet this one is well on the way to zero! How do you lose money as a service company in this environment??

Strategic acquisition announced 20 weeks ago. No names, no details, no agm. Shareholders and the exchange should be all over management.  Pathetic.
