RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Western MagnesiumExcellent post KTD. Clearly you show your interest, understandably, in having the company patent it's process, to make you a millionaire. I too want that to happen. However the down side to that is several potential problems. The first being patent or no patent doesn't speed up the process but with a patent it will slow down the process. It takes time and money to patent a product. There is a time frame to a patent so if you start the process and don't complete it as in produce the said new magnesium you stand to LOSE your patent to anyone.
"Like most R&D juniors this one is a gamble."
It is a gamble so why hedge your bets when you don't have too. This is like a game of chess you need to know the next 10 moves in the game to win. Playing the patent move is like moving your Queen out far too early in the game. It's a move that has little bearing on the outcome.
Larry Reagh was never involved with Nevada Clean Magnesium, he may have been with MOR. Look what happen to Adanac, one of Larry's companies that I had heavily invested in, it went to $2.76 cents before crashing down to less than 1 cent. Is that the fate of AMY? Did Larry play his cards too early? Time will tell. Ed Lee isn't interested in making fast millionaires, he is interested in making a solid magnesium producer so making the right moves is critical to having success. To say that the management doesn't care is an ignorant statement coming from you, I expect more from you. Lastly do not take the Chinese lightly, they are powerful and are deeply intrenched in America.
