Basically, the case is just being moved to BC as per Sever's request and nothing has been resolved.

Interesting read. This paragraph sticks out "On or about April 30, 2019, NCM and Mr. Sever concluded an Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) where Mr. Sever agreed to serve as NCM's Chief Technical Officer (“CTO”) and report to NCM's President and Chief Operating Officer." . I couldn't find any patents under Severs name but he does have a licencing agreement in place for x amount of money per pound of magnesium produced with his reactor (or from ore from the mines they own). I don't have the exact details in front of me but I've posted the SEC filing it came from before.

I suspect the licencing agreement details his innovative contributions (intellectual property) to Mg production process and systems. Severs has them by the short and curlies. Lawyers have big smiles on their faces. Company isn't making money with a idle plant.
