Just Think???

Hi All,

Just imagine if Sam Ataya WOULD have stepped down (like he should have) 12 months ago.  Someone with actual experience of running ANYTHING could have come in, from the USA as a true American for this so called American Company.  Used that $70M in a better way.  This company could have been at $20-$30 a share.  Ed Lee is to blame here.  Again, JUST IMAGINE>>>>????

I believe in most Provincial Corporation Acts the BOD has a fidicuary duty to the company and the company's share holders. BOD is the one that hires, promotes and fires members of the executive team.
