In other words the market is placing zero value on the rest of the company which is of course is ludicrous. Why do you think Jeff is proposing tp buy back 20 million shares? It is by far and away the best investment of the company's funds.
The market generally does not know the story here. Jeff does. He will tell the story and the value will be reflected once the story is out.
