The fact that Brookfield has cause so many problems and controls enough shares to stop any bid in its tracks say's it all !! Why would another company bid ? They are waiting for Brookfield to leave the picture all together ! Then and only then will the auction continue !
Brookfield only wants Windstar and they are willing to destroy WND to get it !! The other companies played by the rules and signed confidentiality papers ! There is no possible way legally to name them !! There is a whole story behind the scene that we do not know ! We only know the Brookfield story !
As for your break up fee !! I don't care about that !!

What do I have to lose ? Brookfield wins I get $2.60 ! Brookfield doesn't get 50% they will up there bid because they want it bad !!
But what about the hedge funds ??? What are they going to do ?? Its a gamble !!
Go for the easy 2.60 OR believe in the CEO of wind !
