The stock will rally hard in to the close as the market realizes the cash grant is worth $1.45 a share and will likely be approved by the end of next week. As usual, impatient or uninformed investors sell at exactly the wrong time. Someone at RBC sold 30,000 shares at the market. Who does that on a thin trader like this?

Join the club Rainguy. I am having a healthy portion of Humble Pie today after thinking that 1.28 was a brilliant move. When does this all end ?? This is RIDICULOUS !!!!!     Ching.

why is today (or, more specifically, this afternoon) the time that the market "realizes" the cash grant? seems to me like the market has changed its mind from the cash grant being a "when" situation to an "if" situation. And if it doesn't come within a relatively short time period then it puts Yabucoa in jeapordy and burdens the company with too much debt.

Does Algonquin take another run at the company? This time they would get a completed Windstar and Kingman project, possibly for less than their previous offer. Hmmmmm...... Ching? What are your thoughts? Would you sell in to a $2 bid?

As there is really nothing anyone of us can do now but watch the SP sink, we could  at least have some musical medley's from which we can select from, while waiting for something.......anything  The medley selection could include such favourites as: Crazy train - Ozzy Dust in the Wind - Kansas Should I Stay or should I go Now - Clash Crime of the century ...more

Honestly, Impega, I am getting so fed up with this I don't know what I would do. The person who sold 30k @ market was probably very scared, or just plain fed up, as we all are. We are now flirting with a new 52-week low when all seems to be pointing north. It makes absolutely NO SENSE to me. There are a lot of smart people on this board but right now it's hard for anyone to feel that way ...more

d1979, just crazy speculation on my part. Just thinking (or hoping) that rumours might circulate that the Treasury is close to wrapping up their DD and approving the grant. The company has repeatedly assured that neither the grant nor Puerto Rico financing is in jeopardy. Being a "large" grant it makes sense that the Treasury scrutinizes the application carefully before approval. There ...more
