The acquisition is $54 mil, but what is expected capital expense for maintenance and development ?
Also, confusing that this is promoted as early life of the fields. From what I've seen, this has been operational since 1978. Most wells permantly abandoned. Maybe they're referring to miscible flooding. Can't see that as 40 years.
My guess is 100 for 1 coming after completion.
