The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. Q1 report...lost $13 million

Q1 report...lost $13 millionYou must be a rookie Anthony. This has already been reported in their financials. Since that time they have almost doubled their share issue from 9 billion to 18 billion fd. Their working capital position is only $6 million so their cash position is almost spent.

They are going to be spending a lot more than cf can supply, which is why they are going to consolidate up to 100 for 1 and then issue more shares.

If you disagree, then there should be no insider selling before consolidation. They know best.
