In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

If the Ryder Scott resource report was good snakebite, then it would have been released as a full report, as most companies do. Why cherry pick ?

What was the low estimate for undiscovered prospects ? What was the best estimate ? They only provided the high estimate.

How much of the contingent resource was described as 1C... 2C... and 3C ? Describe the risk probabilities noted on the actual RS report. Disappointing once again.

More shares issued today snakebite... guess you didn't see it as positive.
