Somebody throws out some cockamamy plan to management to get some money but at the expense of
crucifying the long-term shareholders. CRAZY!!!!!

I agree, get out now!! Please, I'm buying! BTW - to protect your position from dilution is to buy into the financing also, its only dilutive if there is no gain as a result of the financing.

Probably good advice, seeing I am close to breaking even from acquiring them on the 50 cent IPO "MANY YEARS AGO"...went South immediately. Likely didn't get as lucky as you when it went down to 8 cents. Cheers
