$1,003,000 Investment in 3Sixty Secure Corp now worth $47kI now notice that under the current CEO, Avante invested $1,003,000 in 3Sixty Secure Corp. Note 18c says it is now worth $47,200.
The Note says that as part of the deal, they signed a "memorandum of understanding" (MOU) under which 3 Sixty will refer business to Avante.
If it was a contract, it would be called that. So it is not a contract. So what was the total value received for the $1,003,000 invested? Is that total value now $47,200? More? How much more?
Part of the referrals from 3 Sixty to Avante were to be "employee background screening". Did Avante get such work? Asking because there is a companycalled Xpresschek which seems to do this type of work too.
