CEO Sign a deal for cash in exchange no locking term on the 3 million shares at anytime they will be dump onto the market, reviewing the daily volume which is lacking any support to consume the large amount they need to pump the share price up to attract  blindness retail investors to buy the junk shares so they can do more "no locking term" offers....  Trash.
