Overhead costs are top heavy

Overhead costs are top heavy Plus    they   incurred  huge    bad  debt   ----must   be   renting   to  dead beats  and have  poor  credit  checks   in place   or   non   existent   or  perhaps  what  one can  expect  in   BC.  ?
