YEG.V is bullish.

YEG.V is up 23% YTD. According to TD Waterhouse and RBC, it is still 40% under its value. YEG's asset from 0 to almost 100 million, with positive cash flows and 1.2 million income in Q1 2023 ...more

 Their TTM (trailing twelve month) Free Cash Flow has turned positive. The stock price shall be up if this trend continues. I would buy and hold as a long term investment.

In my opinion, Unsecured .30c converts? Its trading at .16, whats 2mil going to do anyways other than pay salaries, can't even buy 1 residential house for that, lmao, let alone multi-family ...more

The property market is far from robust, and this company is paying 8% to debeture holders. Says it all when they pay 2% over regular bonds.

it is not structured as a reit due to the fact that they would rather use the money on growth apparently.
