First of all, management stated that it is diligently (on their part) to file the required documents by Sept 8, 2023 or sooner.
Now, would this simpleton care to elevate himself to a higher status care to amend his post by giving it some more meat. Per esempiio: It will not complete and release bt Sept 8 strictly because for the reasons that they do not have the funds; it is not a start up, it`s been around for years, it`s not stealth mode, its needing funds and sales to continue?
