Dilute  share holder value and the three muppets will try saying it's a good thing and are probably happy about it. Kind like paying your credit card minimum payment taking a cash advance from the same card your paying on. Doesn't end well but it ends. Anyone curious as why institutional investors have not been back?  At least the insiders got their money.

Just think, if you didn`t display such exemplary leadership skills and hold such a charismatic influence over existing, and what would otherwise be new shareholders, this stock would have been trading at 0.165 cents and the added dilution would have been 2/3s less. Liberty global would know everything about this company inside and out. From their points of view, they can always assist and whatever they need to if they feel it is in their best interest to say Edgewater succeed, and in the end help out their bottom line. Learned and evolved?  Take a look at the company present day and compare it to 2017 on every metric. Did it have more money?  Was the share price higher?  We're placements closed in much shorter time?  Did they not have more engagements?  Learning without application or action  means nothing.
