RE: propertyWe all have our own opinions. I believe that this property is a good investment. I'm reminded of the saying "you get what you pay for". So many times there's a company picking up land for $10,000 or $20,000 and all they get is a useless piece of dirt on which they have to spend hundreds of thousands for exploration. This property is already producing a small amount + its in a fantastic area. Still a gamble, but I think mgmt gambled wisely on this one.
