Many lay offs of talented and valuable employees. Clear favoritism amongst employees who has been with legacy ER from start of company. Dead end for employees acquired from other companies. Terrible customer service including no one answering e-mails and phones which left many clients unhappy. Huge disconnect and lack of transparency between management and employees. No value or appreciation for hard working employees. Company preaches culture but the culture is broken. The finance team in particular has terrible upper management, communication, and organization. Other departments were furious with lower management or entry level employees. Constant turn over of middle and upper management in the finance team left the team in shambles. C-levels overvalue company and refuse to acknowledge rising competitors and shifting markets. The CEO was just fired recently and rumor has it more C-levels to leave with him and company will do more layoffs. DO NOT WORK for this company.
