I have bin following ZNR for a while now and after doing a little bit of looking into them they look like a buy now. For 1 they can't roll back they just did in 2009 and only have 60 mill out. 2 They only have 70k in the kitty right now so a PP is needed as to what price look like under .10. 3 they have to much going on to go under right now and all Iron ore are in bad shape. 4 The best time ...more

It is a good buy when they can 1) conduct a name change if cannot roll back 2) raise money under .05 if canot roll back 3) borrow $600,000 and pay back the first $300,000 debts and keep the CEO for the next two years 4) still hold significant interest on the iron ore properties when the market heats up Shellfish
