Why issue warrants for a company that does nothing? Scam

Warrants; a whole press release about warrants. Let me try to explain it.


The company issues warrants at .05 to company insiders.

Insiders pay the company .05 for a NEW share.
The insiders are now selling you those shares they MADE yesterday for .08.
More shares, issues to insiders at .05and  the company still does nothing and has no money.

Don’t be a dummy and pay more than .05.....better yet just don’t buy zonetail. Its scam. They tries it as a pumo and dump scam (fail) not its a brazen , warrant , shuffle  , dilution scam.
