From Earthtimes...google search Entities controlled by Michael Bailey currently own a minority stake in the company and they are now making a hostile bid to acquire 100% of the outstanding company ...more

are stil out imho..but a buyout is always good..I like GVG right now in Peru...they just returned great grades of metals from there Silveria property and I think a big partner will come in and develop ...more

I am not sure if they were in a position to bargain, had VAA insisted on more than 3c....may be there would've been no deal....and down the rabbit hole she would've gone.go TIO go....

that is assuming that the deal would go through with TIO. Currently both VAA and TIO are trading at 4 cents. By buying TIO and selling VAA both at 4 cents, you can lock in a 20% gain. Because ...more
