Why the drop? I would have thought the share price would be with 15% of the offer price, I guess most people do not think that the upped offer will be sucessfull? I do know why anyone would prefer a 3 ...more

Yes, the offer is legit, and it is with CASH. No potential financial complication. It's a good deal compared to the pathetic $0.028 offered by TIO. I think VAA should accept the offer. Otherwise ...more
