History repeating?

History repeating?I hope I'm wrong but if history repeats itself then SP should dump another 20% or so (with no news). Then should be the next reverse split, followed up with an NR stating "final submission to HC for inspection" again. Imminent license my azz!! I'd rather see a license issued but we shall wait and see.
