Google Earth the address listed for the company 8788 River Rd
Delta, BC it is an empty lot. Is anyone from the area can go confirm a facility exists. Thank you

What date does Google Earth show? I wasn't able to load it for some reason. Street view shows a lot of construction going on at that address in July 2018 8788 River Rd

Cautious is right. I communicated with them about this yesterday. This is the response. "That's the correct address. It's behind Fabwell Industries. You can see it on Google Maps. Anyone can go see the facility. You won't be able to get near the building due to the fence. I sent the confirmation of readiness package on November 27. They confirmed receipt of it." -Earl

Thats good news. Anyone been inside or have any pics to post of the outside of the building ? I did this for PUF for the board because I dont live too far from it when they wanted proof it existed. I wish they would just tell the truth on why this is taking so long. HC must of told them their deficiencies years ago.

That's a shot from Google Maps. If you open the actual Google Map and click on the building it is identified as Vodis.

The building is definitely there. I don't like to hear things like "I sent the confirmation of readiness package on November 27". Whatever was sent, that is not the right terminology for HC.

I had quite a long conversation with Earl today and we discussed the confirmation of readiness package. He said I could pass on this information. There is no pre-licensing inspection now. They just use the evidence package. They do a pre-sales inspection before granting sales authorization. Security clearance can take LPs years, but you know when a company has got to the confirmation of readiness

Security clearance letters are not sent to the individuals until the licence is granted, but the personnel security clearances are completed by HC before the Confirmation of Readiness email is sent to the applicant. This is on the HC website (with a little flow chart, even). I still maintain that VODIS dropped the ball with regard to the HC process. They can blame "the first people they hired
