RE:RE:Hold on buyoutWell said ( GREAT ) that sums everything up in a nut shell.To answer your question Fullblast I strongly believe 0.20 - 0.25 would be a buyout offer as well as assuming all liabilities.A very conservative all in value for the company is 400 million remove debt 287 million gives us 1.32 per share add in buyers discount we should see 0.44 per share.Given financial troubles and market turbulence ( oil prices etc ) ) 0.25 not likely to ever be a yay vote by management or shareholders to many bag holders in the high dollar ranges.But never say never a well financed suitor could see the value and potential and will pony up the cash say 0.40 - 0.60
