Hold on buyout

Don't you think that the declining price of oil may put on hold any buyout offer ? Any thoughts

They have a really good prospect with lots of drilling locations. Unfortunately they may have run out of credit before fully capitalizing. The product is good, the costs are low.  If they can get over the hump and get back to drilling, things will work out.

Well said ( GREAT ) that sums everything up in a nut shell.To answer your question Fullblast I strongly believe 0.20 - 0.25 would be a buyout offer as well as assuming all liabilities.A very conservative all in value for the company is 400 million remove debt 287 million gives us 1.32 per share add in buyers discount we should see 0.44 per share.Given financial troubles and market turbulence ( oil ...more
